Facegmony (hereinafter referred to as “Facegmony”, “we” or “us”) takes your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Who We Are

Facegmony is an offline AI IOS application for calculating two strangers for potential matching score. It is safe, fun and works for helping building relationships with strangers.

What Personal Information We Collect and How We Handle It

In order to use our service, Facegnomy will take a photo of you from the camera of your IOS device. Next, Facegnomy will crop the avator of your from the photo and save the avator on your device. If you pick a photo with strangers from the photo library or camera on your device, Facegnomy will analyze and match your avator with avators of the photo you picked for a successful score of socail probability.

Any data we use, including your facial data,will be stored on your local device and NOT UPLOAD TO OUR SERVER OR SHARE WITH ANY OTHER PARTY.

AT ANY TIME you can wipe out the saved data and photos from your device, clean and clear.

Facegmony is registration-free. It means that you DO NOT need to sign up an account with your personal information before using the app.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Facegmony will not disclose your personal information to any other party unless being legally required.

Children Under 16

WE DO NOT knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information from children under 16. If parents believe that we have unintentionally collected their children’s’ personal information, please contact us to delay the information via appropriate means as set forth in “Contact Us” Section of this Privacy Policy.

Advertising

WE WILL NOT send you any promotional information by email, SMS, physical or telephone. PLEASE NOTE THAT, we use Google AdMob and Applovin as advertising providers, any advertising on our applications are published and controlled by them instead of us, and therefore, if you click those advertising link to any third party, you shall read their privacy policies carefully, and you shall understand that their privacy policies are not controlled or covered by us.
